I've had my Zoji bread machine for about a month now and have used it exclusively for all my bread needs since then. The recipes that come in the book are just OK, so I have branched out onto the internet with a lot of success. The dough setting is very useful if you want it to do all the hard work for you and twist up your own french bread loaf, etc. I am totally new to bread making, so for me taking the guess work out of it and hence a lot of anxiety about the whole process. I have found great recipes on allrecipe. com for bread. Overall, I can make a 2# loaf for about a dollar now. A lot better than a good store bought loaf for $4. At this rate, I will pay off the machine in 4 months. My kids all eat it without complaining and I love the fact that I know exactly what is in my bread and when it was made. Overall, a satisfied customer. :-)
